ETHAN DAVID ALESCH

I am a filmmaker, live visuals designer, and multidisciplinary artist based in Barcelona. I have dedicated over twenty-five years to animation, art, media, 3D design, and theater. 

Before Spain, home base was Northern California, where I designed hundreds of commercial events, broadcasts, and theatrical projects that have taken place around the world.

Today I make independent animated films, mad-scientist video art, and I continue to design commercial media. I explore the world with my wife Kathy Paez, an international Yoga Teacher Trainer, and our nine-year-old boy. We also keep a home in Wisconsin, close to family, where long ago I received my degree in InterArts and Technology. Occasionally I escape the digital studio to sketch with ink and watercolor.
